We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns

- Be unused and in the same condition as received
- Include original tags and packaging
- Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired product.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must remain unused, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
