Exchanges
At Casualshoesus, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If the item you received is defective, damaged, or there was an error in production or shipping, we are happy to assist you with an exchange.
Eligibility for Exchange
- Exchanges are only accepted if the item is defective or damaged.
- To request an exchange, please contact our customer service team via email at contact@casualshoesus.com within 2 hours of placing your order.
- After this time window, the order will be processed and exchanges will no longer be accepted.
How to Exchange
- Email Us: Send your order number along with details of the issue to our support team.
- Review Process: Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a return address.
- Exchange Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
Cancellations
If you change your mind after placing your order, we understand and will do our best to assist you. However, cancellations are subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility for Cancellation
- Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
- After this time window, your order will be processed and can no longer be cancelled.
How to Cancel
- Email Us: To request a cancellation, please email contact@casualshoesus.com with your order number and details of your request.
- Confirmation: We will confirm whether your cancellation has been successfully processed.
Important Notes
- If you place a new order, our system may automatically cancel your previous order and issue a full refund (if within the eligible timeframe).
- Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to modify or cancel your order.
