EXCHANGES

At Houstons Best Water LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If the item you receive is defective, damaged, or there is an error in production or shipping, we will be happy to assist with an exchange.

ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGES

  • Exchanges are accepted only if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • To request an exchange, please contact our customer support team at contact@letgomygeckollc.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • After this time period, the order will be locked for processing and exchanges will no longer be accepted.

HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE

  1. Email Us: Send an email to contact@letgomygeckollc.com with your order number and a clear description of the issue. Please include photos if the item is damaged or defective.

  2. Review Process: Our customer service team will review your request. If approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

  3. Exchange Processing: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will ship a replacement item at no additional cost.

CANCELLATIONS
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please review the conditions below.

ELIGIBILITY FOR CANCELLATION

  • Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed.

  • After this time window, the order will be locked for processing and cancellations will no longer be accepted.

HOW TO CANCEL AN ORDER

  • Email Us: To request a cancellation, please contact contact@letgomygeckollc.com with your order number and cancellation request as soon as possible.

  • Confirmation: We will notify you by email whether your cancellation request was successfully processed.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • If a new order is placed to replace a previous one within the eligible timeframe, the original order may be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.

  • Please contact us immediately if you wish to modify or cancel your order within the allowed timeframe.
